CAD SERVICES involvement with Parsons Brinckerhoff and the Olympic Park started very early in the design of the UK’s largest ever Energy Centre project. Taking the design drawings and sketches of the massive Kings Yard and Stratford energy centres to 3D coordinated models was a challenge that we embarked on with great interest and passion. Parson Brinckerhoff is one of the world’s most prestigious companies involved in massive urban regeneration and development programs. |

A prime town centre location provided the opportunity for developers to embark on a new eight storey office block. CAD SERVICES secured the project to develop the consultants design into working installation drawings. A multi service coordination project comprising of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Heath services drawings were produced for this new 135,000 sq ft 8 storey office block. |

One of the first projects undertaken by CAD SERVICES. The riser services for 50 Triton Square were pre-fabricated offsite from the fabrication drawings supplied by us, the risers being delivered in sections and craned into the building. Over 100 drawings for the risers and floor fit-out were created over a period of 12 months. |

Drawings or mark-ups are received electronically as scanned images. and following completion they are managed and distributed on a daily basis using our BIW document management web portal. thus providing ETA Projects with 24 / 7 access to their documents. This allows ETA to concentrate on providing their client with an exceptionally comprehensive Mechanical, Electrical, design and project management consultancy service. |

Following a venture capitalist takeover, Gala has embarked on an expansion and renovation plan across the U.K. CAD SERVICES were appointed by Gala to carry out building surveys on selected sites throughout the United Kingdom. A full measured building survey is carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Royal Institute of chartered surveyors to provide the services consultants appointed by Gala with up to date and accurate building plans, reducing the associated costs of using out of date and in-accurate legacy information that is often inherited following possession of premises. |

Romford Brewery Redevelopment |

Included within Havering Councils plans for developing the Romford town shopping complex was the redevelopment of the unused brewery site, the listed office building along the High street was also earmarked for luxury housing. CAD SERVICES brief required the detailed survey of the existing structure that dated back to the late 1800’s, a team from CAD SERVICES meticulously worked their way through the building, from the basement to the roof, digitally recording for the first time the complex floor plans. The information was then transferred to PC, and developed into AutoCAD drawings to provide concise and accurate information to the property planners and developers, allowing them to create a prestigious residential complex that maintained the features of the original build. |
