Christ Church Court was the first building on the prestigious Paternoster Square development adjacent to St Paul's in London. The first stage was to develop consultant Roger Preston's design into co-ordinated fabrication drawings for the plant and riser areas to be prefabricated off site, and as no tenant had been acquired the early appointment initially only covered the shell and core installation. With only two thirds complete and a tenant identified, the appointed fit out services consultants design radically changed the direction of our co-ordination team, resulting in a full fit out requirement for 10 levels and an even tighter program. |
